Terms of Service

Last updated: October 28, 2026

These terms cover your use of Tom's Helper, an AI website builder run by Tom Will Help ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them.

What the service does

You chat with an AI, it builds a website for you, and you can ask for changes. The AI is powered by Claude, made by Anthropic. You can download your site and, if you want, ask us to set it up for you.

Check the AI's work

The AI can make mistakes. It may get facts, prices, hours, addresses, legal wording or other details wrong. Always review what it writes and independently verify any factual claims before you publish or rely on them. You are responsible for the content of any site you publish.

Credits and payments

Your content and your site

You own the websites you create with the service and the information you put in. You give us permission to store, process and send your content to our AI provider only as needed to run the service for you. AI output may be similar to what it produces for other people, so we cannot promise it is unique.

Acceptable use

You must follow Anthropic's Usage Policy and the law. You may not use Tom's Helper to create sites or content that are illegal, fraudulent, deceptive (for example fake stores, phishing or impersonation), hateful, sexually explicit, harmful to children, malicious (such as malware), or that infringe someone else's rights. You may not try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service, or resell access to it. We may remove content, limit usage or close accounts that break these rules, with or without notice.

Daily limits

To keep the service reliable and affordable, there are daily limits on messages and builds per account.

Help from us

If you ask us to set up or publish your site, the details of that work, timing and price will be agreed with you separately before it starts.

No guarantees

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that it will always be available, error-free, or that the sites it produces will suit your purpose, rank in search engines or bring you customers.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost business arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We can suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
